The location is good, but the reception staff are terrible; the breakfast is awful; the room faces the sun all day; the hotel turns off the air conditioning by claiming it’s October and no air is needed, even though it’s 30 degrees during the day; after a lot of complaints, they turn the room’s AC on in the afternoon and off at night; parking is only opened and closed by one reception staff member, and at arrival you have to interview to prove you’re actually staying there.
