“Scappati via”
I was disappointed by the makeshift setup and absolute inadequacy; the shared bathroom was only revealed after payment, so we decided not to stay and went elsewhere, and no refund came because staff were absent except for check‑in and payments. Nothing pleased us: the communal shower was a tub, the bed—though we didn’t sleep on it—was short for my height, the mattress was completely flattened, and breakfast was served in personalized boxes inside a communal fridge, which was simply embarrassing; the price was outrageous for the situation.

The lady who welcomed me was very accommodating.
The lady was very sweet and friendly, but Nilla was a problem.
The value for money and some services were decent, but the owner of the place wouldn’t let us use the air conditioning too much, even though it was included, and she cut it off after we left the room at 7 pm, threatening to charge extra next time and making other complaints. The rest of the staff, especially the check‑in guy, were friendly and kind.
