​I really enjoyed the fantastic location and was pleased to find the room both clean and incredibly spacious. A special shoutout also goes to the front desk receptionist, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service during my stay. The property shows a few minor signs of wear and tear

“Horrible, cucarachas y chinches”

The only good thing was the location, it was pretty close to the central station. First off, the place is a “Love Hotel + PC Hotel” even though Booking doesn’t list it; people come in and out, crank up music at ungodly hours with their room doors open, and shout down the hallways—an incredible lack of respect and no house rules. We asked to leave our luggage in storage for an hour and were told absolutely no; the reception is open 24/7, so we had to spend 12,000 Wons to stash our bags in lockers at the nearest station. Cleanliness was non‑existent: cockroaches were everywhere, the bathroom was filthy and poorly maintained, tiles were missing, and the towel rack in the bathroom was rusted. We got bitten by bedbugs from that bed, there was dust on the computer desk, and the hair care items (brushes, iron, dryer) were dirty. The window let in a lot of light, and by 5 am the room was already bright. The air‑conditioner’s temperature LED couldn’t be turned off—small detail, but when everything else is bad, even tiny annoyances matter.

The Wi‑Fi was solid, the room was comfy, the manager spoke English and was kind, and the location was great—just a short walk to the metro. All good.
