Nothing was good, and the property was rundown, the compound was dirty, the fence was collapsing, a cockroach was in the kitchen, the bedding was old and rumpled, the beds were anything but comfortable, the bathroom and toilet facilities were faulty, the downstairs shower ran lukewarm and cold, and the upstairs washroom tap (the one in the bath) was falling off.
