The management here is top class, I was really happy with how things were handled. I liked the vibe of the place, it felt welcoming.

This hotel is centrally located in Mumbai, making it super easy to get around - no nighttime restrictions either. However, I was a bit put off by the cleanliness, it could've been better.

We were really looking forward to it, but honestly, it was a disaster from the start. The place was infested with bugs, even in the bed and pillows, and the sheets were dirty. The shower faucet was broken, the windows wouldn't close, and there was no TV - to top it off, we saw a rat at the reception when we arrived. And get this, they charged us double what we booked for.

Honestly, the stay wasn't a total waste of money, but the photos on the site were pretty misleading - they had some bugs issues that weren't exactly advertised.
