Location. Door didn't shut right. No coffee or even Styrofoam cups in room Not enough towels in the room. There wasn't any hot water in the room for the first 2 nights of our stay

The night staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the area has plenty of places to eat or shop nearby; however, it’s far from the city where I live and there’s no cable TV.

I stayed several days while wrapping up business in the area and overall had a very good experience; the room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as expected, and AJ at the front desk was incredibly helpful and professional—he assisted with my heavy luggage, printed documents for me on check‑out, and his kindness made a stressful time easier; the only real downside was traffic noise from the busy road, and the Wi‑Fi was sometimes weak or unstable, but otherwise I’d recommend this clean, affordable hotel with friendly staff.
