“Mai più in un posto del genere”

The location was fine, but the heating didn’t work—imagine how cold it was. When we arrived after the scheduled check‑in time, the rooms weren’t ready. The bathroom was dirty, unsanitary, and both the sink and shower had broken, dangerous parts.

“Mai più”

The location is the only good thing. We arrived in the morning while they were “cleaning,” and when we returned at night the room was filthy. We also had an issue because the main door wouldn’t open even with the code; two people had tried, but something inside seemed to block them. We called the service, which is supposedly always available, and got no response. We stayed until 1 a.m., trying and waiting until a person with the keys who lived in the building arrived and let us in. (They don’t have keys; there’s an access code to enter.) We almost stayed outside. Terrible, never again.

“Mauvaise expérience”

Apart from the location, everything else is bad and doesn’t match what’s advertised or the images on the site. The mattresses are in a lamentable state, the pillows only have names on them, the lockers have no locks, there are water leaks in the shower, the kitchen was not operational (closed), and it was filthy.

The reception staff were attentive, but the room smelled bad, people didn’t shower, and it was disgusting—no cleaning at all.

“Exquisito.. super bien”

The staff were exquisitely educated, but getting to the place was a bit confusing.
