The place sits right in the heart of Vichy, and when I got there near closing time the staff were incredibly friendly and we enjoyed a lovely meal. It’s very reasonably priced, centrally located to all spa facilities, clean, bright, and roomy, and the breakfast was good.

The room was spacious, the bed was great, and the bathroom lighting was good. The reception smelled awful, extremely strong and completely unnecessary.

The hotel is in a great spot, easy to walk into the town centre, and it’s lovely. There’s plenty of parking at £14 a day, the buffet breakfast was amazing, and the bed was comfy. The reception greeting was very cool and distant, the breakfast cost £25 a person which is above average, and finding the parking entrance was hard – we had to do three laps of the block because the sign was tiny. The evening restaurant menu was disappointing, so we ate elsewhere.
