“Точно вошёл в мой личный список лучших отелей и лоджей, где я был!”
The eco‑style lodge, built like wooden cabins with beautiful design on the shore of a stunning lake, is spectacular. The lake’s unique turquoise color depends on the sun, so the best part of the experience came when the weather was sunny and the water’s hue was unreal. The cabins are wooden, feature a fireplace that can be lit, have a nice design and thoughtful layout. All cabins have windows overlooking the lake, some a bit closer to the water, others a little farther. The view is everywhere! The grounds are beautiful and well‑maintained, with places to stroll. There’s a spa with a hot jacuzzi. Parking is outside the lodge: you leave the car, call the reception from your cabin, and a car comes to pick you up—very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, the blankets warm, and the bathroom has hot water. The terrace offers a view of the lake and two chairs for a relaxed morning coffee. The room includes slippers, a hair dryer, a kettle, and a coffee machine. It was incredibly cozy and pleasant to stay! The staff are client‑focused and attentive. The hotel’s restaurant serves a great breakfast and tasty dinners. The price is high, but the quality matches it! It was probably the best dinner of my week in Canada. The café at the lodge entrance serves good coffee. Near the lodge is a beautiful trail around the lake; the first half (left) is well‑maintained and equipped, the second half is a wild forest path. There’s also a trail to a waterfall (from the parking lot), but it’s not worth it. No significant complaints were found; everything was super. The only downside is the high price, which is justified by the unique location. Another detail I learned only after booking: Wi‑Fi is only available in the main building where the reception and restaurant are; rooms have no internet, no Wi‑Fi, no mobile signal! This is crucial for those who need to stay connected, for example for work.
