The Montville Mountain Inn was an excellent choice to stay at. The location was very central, had all the facilities needed. The room was clean. The staff personally notified me when I was running late and told me where to pick up the key. I really appreciated that. Thank you. The only downside was that the shower pressure could have been a bit stronger.

I spent just one night there, but the staff were fantastic, the spot is in the heart of town, and parking was convenient.

This was my third or fourth visit, and the place is a solid base for exploring Montville or for a budget stopover if you’re passing through. The staff are genuinely friendly and the rooms stay clean and comfortable. The room itself is spacious enough for everything you need, and I had to give a shout out to the toaster that managed to eject a slice of toast and then catch it again! The only hiccup was the shower head (#26) that was a bit floppy and wouldn’t stay up, but the positives far outweigh that.
