I booked the room only; the extra amenities like the swimming pool were unnecessary. The room was comfortable and pleasant, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were genuinely friendly and went beyond what I expected, even offering a ride to the village if needed—though walking or my own transport was fine for me. Everything was exactly as expected and even more.

The place is right where you want to be—everything nearby is within easy walking distance, which was perfect for getting around.

The spot is fantastic, just a short walk to Jan Thiel and right next to the salt pans for a nice stroll. Even though we arrived late, the reception was friendly and we could park our car safely on the property. The air‑conditioning worked well and the little pool was fine for a quick dip. On the downside, the apartment felt pretty basic and a bit dated, and the parking area is cramped, so it can get tricky when the lot fills up.

This hotel was a solid choice for a night when we wanted to watch the fireworks on Caracasbaaiweg, and the staff were pleasant. However, the building looks quite old and there weren’t always people at the front desk.
