The location was very good, close to the lake district and the famous lakes, and the surroundings were very scenic. The property itself was decent with basic facilities. Cleanliness could be better; the sofa and beds feel old, and the bed was uncomfortable and made squeaky noises. A good mattress would be a worthwhile investment.

Good location, accommodation was as expected, plenty of linen towels, and reasonably clean and tidy on arrival, but the exterior could do with a good clean.

The caravan was fantastic, great value for money, and set in a lovely quiet park. The owner was very polite and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. The only downside was that the decking was a bit worn; the outdoor seats and cushions could have been covered, cleaned, or replaced. There were also quite a few dead flies because of the hot weather, which made it hard to sit outside comfortably. If those issues were fixed, it would have been an 11 out of 10, as we’d have liked to spend more time outdoors in the sun.
