The kids' area feels like a playground paradise with several pools, slides, a jumprope and other equipment, but Israeli travelers should steer clear of this place – it’s a trap set by influencers and far from worth the price or a five‑star rating. The food was a disaster, completely unsuited to Israeli tastes even though about half the guests are from Israel; we survived the week on chicken nuggets and kids’ pasta every evening and we’re not picky. The poolside restaurant was cheap compared to hotels back home, yet the service was terrible – when we asked for fresh sheets because our child vomited, the staff stared at us as if we were a burden and then demanded 40 euros, citing an eco‑friendly policy that only allows linen changes every four days. We were given a half‑liter of tap water in a glass bottle, forcing us to buy overpriced bottled water or refill from the tap, and there was no kiosk nearby. There’s no coffee machine in the dining area, only nasty vending‑machine coffee; a decent cup costs 23 shekels at the bar and a 400 ml bottle of cola runs 15 shekels. The spa was non‑functional with no staff, and when we tried to book a massage they told us to use the website, apparently to keep someone else busy. The gym was cramped, tiny, with sliding doors on the bathroom and a shower that our child kept opening. We expected kids’ activities but saw nothing all week except a tired person dressed as a cat. For 2 200 shekels a night we got a room overlooking the parking lot – not even half the price’s worth – and we won’t return, even though the child liked it; a hotel with half the facilities but suitable for adults would be better. This view matches what many Israeli guests we spoke to expressed – everyone left very disappointed.
