“Good”
The staff was great. I would have liked the spa to stay open longer than the current closing time of 2000 hrs.

The welcome, the facilities, and the staff were all top‑class, and there was nothing to complain about.

There were a few quirks, but overall it needed an update; everything felt old.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean, but the view looked out onto a construction site.
