It is a fraud hotel. Having confirmed the booking, they still did not allow me to stay. They don’t have a contact number because they want tourists to suffer.

“Good spacious property but very badly maintained”

The rooms were very spacious, not far from the railway station, and there were two nice restaurants nearby. The property was badly maintained, employees were very lazy, and the rooms were not kept clean.

“Don't BOOK hotel, resort and villa through yours”

If you are using a third‑party partner for STAY, first go and check the rooms. It is horrible and the room location is most dangerous. Nothing else—go and check first.

I never thought I'd encounter a hotel so awful; the manager and everyone else seemed intent on extorting money. We booked the inclusive breakfast plan, yet no breakfast was served, and when we asked why, we received no satisfactory explanation. The room we stayed in had a leaky faucet and a severe cockroach infestation, leaving us feeling utterly homeless and mentally shattered.
