The place was well‑located, just a few minutes' walk to Istiklal Street. Rooms were small but stylish, and the staff were very sweet and responsive. Overall, everything was nice; we were glad to stay here—beautiful, cozy, and convenient. The only downside was that Lena from the neighboring building had a somewhat dirty well between the two houses, and the foot towel in the shower area stayed wet because of the layout, but neither of those things spoiled our stay.

The place was clean, the staff helpful and kind, and the bed cosy—good value for money. If you’re into parties the location is great, but if you want a quiet stay, you should look elsewhere.

The accommodation was excellent in the city centre, with plenty of entertainment nearby, yet the noise didn’t disturb my sleep because nothing could be heard. The room was clean and the overall space was good. The owner and staff were friendly and helped me with my choices. I’ll definitely return!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, upgrading our room to a higher level without any hassle, and the room itself was quite comfortable. However, there was no sound insulation whatsoever. The area is very party‑like; the street is full of bars, and on Fridays they played loud music until three in the morning. The residents above us also stomped loudly in the mornings.
