First off, the front‑desk team were extremely patient and thoughtful, walking me through every hotel facility. Even though I didn’t speak Japanese, they patiently translated every question into Chinese and kept a cheerful smile. I was nervous on my first trip to Nagoya, but they helped me relax. The hotel’s facilities were all clean and comfortable. The key‑code system was secure and easy to use. The bed was just the right firmness and spotless. The toiletries kit was handy, and the self‑check‑out process was simple. The shower and toilet were very clean and looked new, with hangers, hand soap, disinfectant spray, and a hair dryer provided. I didn’t get to fully explore the third‑floor space due to time, but it looked nice with drinks, a microwave, and a fridge. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The only downside was that the ventilation wasn’t great.

Everything was spot on – the staff were incredibly friendly, so you can just drop by and see for yourself! Nothing to complain about.

It was my first hostel, so I was a little nervous, but everything turned out great. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help – truly amazing. It’s also close to the nearest airport and has a late check‑in, so even if you have a late flight, you’re fine.
