“Hladno osebje, vejpanje in pitje piva na delovnem mestu, izjema le KUHARICA IN TEHNIK JANOS.”
We got gluten‑free bread and the cook baked eggs for us and was friendly. We also want to praise the technical staff, Mr. Janos, who came to help when a tire slipped off our son's bike – truly courteous and responsive. The front desk was unenthusiastic when we arrived and didn’t greet us. The worst was a young, heavier‑set receptionist who didn’t speak to us, avoided contact, and spent all her time scrolling. When we asked her for more info she wasn’t there, she was drinking beer in the bar. She didn’t explain anything; we had to find out ourselves and felt like a nuisance. Breakfast food was of terrible quality: the fruit was old and mushy, bananas were brown or even rotten, grapes were similarly stale, and the apples were bad. The breakfast selection was minimal. We told them in time that we wanted to use the sauna; they said it was available, but when we got there it was off and cold. The pool tiles and tiles were falling off. Both kids noticed that the toilet paper was low‑quality and single‑layer.

Не вперше вже обираємо цей готель, гарний, чистий, після довгої дороги можна поплавати в теплому басейні з солоною водою. Тільки шкода, що сніданок до 10:00, ми після довгої дороги проспали і не встигли на нього. Було б чудово, якби він був до 11, як в інших готелях

כלום. 1) אין אף פקיד קבלה אחרי 1930 וכמעט שלא הגענו בזמן שיקבלו אותנו. 2)חדר ישן, קודר,חום, לא נעים 3)ארוחת בקר דלה מאד, רק קפה שחור ואם רוצים קפוצ׳ינו צריך לשלם
