“Overall good hotel, and good location.”

Breakfast was good, but the beds were a little small for my taste; it’s a twin bed.

“Good value for money in the center of Vienna.”

It was our first stay at this hotel. The location is fine, within walking distance to all main attractions, and there is a public private parking just a 2‑minute walk away; Ali was very helpful with the parking. The room was comfortable and clean, with new, high‑quality linen and towels. The price/quality and location were very good for Vienna center. The AC worked, but I think it wasn’t connected to the central heating system, so it was cold throughout the night, likely a temporary issue.

The service was high‑level, polite staff, convenient location, and the breakfasts were quite good, though the variety didn’t change daily and after staying 8 nights it started to feel a bit repetitive. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The downside was a leak in the shower; when guests on upper floors showered, the plumbing in our lower‑floor room made a loud gurgling noise. The sound insulation could be improved, as we could hear other guests walking down the corridor.

“מלון מצויין במרכז וינה”

המיקום. ארוחת הבוקר שהיתה בשפע ועם ירקות ואפשרויות לבחור איזה ביצה שאוהבים. השירות נהדר. הזמנתי 2 חדרים לאותם תאריכים ובאותם תנאים. חדר לי ולבעלי וחדר אחר לביתי ובעלה. היה הבדל של מספר ימים בהזמנת החדרים ובוקינג גבתה 100 יורו יותר על החדר שהוזמן מספר ימים אחרי הראשון. לא עזרה שום שיחה אישית עם נציג או מייל ששלחתי לבוקינג. בניגוד להבטחת בוקינג לתת את המחיר הנמוך הם התעקשו להוסיף את הסכום למרות שהחדרים זהים והתאריכים זהים. כלקוחה ותיקה מאוד של בוקינג איכזבתם אותי מאוד
