“Not good wouldn’t stay again.”
The location was okay, but there were no curtains to block the light and our room faced the parking lot; the juice at breakfast was hot and there was a stain on the bed.

The time AWAY from the hotel. The website failed to mention that the pool was DRAINED!!. The pullout sofa had a nasty stain on it! The pool was drained/under construction & the website didn't mention it!! The breakfast area floor is STICKY!! Front desk staff was not inviting!! This was the 1st and very last time my family visit my hometown & stay here

Breakfast was good and the room was quite exceptional, though the doors to the next room slammed loudly. The carpet needed cleaning.

The beds and pillows were good, and there was a coffee pot in the room, but there weren’t enough pillows and the coffee on request couldn’t meet everyone’s needs; an unpleasant smell from the elevator was reported and never addressed.

They’re scammers, charging extra fees for things that don’t make sense, and they’re unorganized, unprofessional and steal money.
