The food was tasty, the hot springs were well stocked, and the lounge service was excellent. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the room equipment and amenities, and although overall clean, some areas had dust or spider webs, which was disappointing.

The meals were delicious! We had a buffet for dinner and breakfast, featuring sushi and seafood at night, Häagen-Dazs, apple pie, croissants, melon juice in the morning—both adults and kids were very satisfied. The check‑in took a long time; it would be great if there were a smoother alternative method.
