The location was good and the staff were attentive, but the photos on the listing didn't match the hotel; it looked much more austere and lacked the promised amenities.

The breakfast spread was solid – tasty enough to start the day right. Unfortunately, they switched me to a different property after I’d booked a specific hotel in the chain; a snag in the facilities landed me in the Gran Continente instead. It worked out, but the mix‑up was annoying.
