The view and surroundings are nice. From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing: we came with our dog, supposedly pets were allowed, but the staff looked horrified, showed us the place, but not all wooden armchairs had cushions, beds had to be made, I had to ask for towels, the place was very dirty, the bathroom had mold, the water wasn’t potable—something never mentioned. I had to leave at night to buy drinking water, we had to heat water in the kettle and stove to bathe, etc. The accommodation isn’t ready for a booking‑style service, doesn’t grasp the host concept, and the person who greets you isn’t in direct, smooth communication with the virtual staff.
