“Very bad!! Dirty and no water”
I found the hotel extremely dirty, with many broken items and no running water; the toilet had brown stains, the pool was filthy, the parasol outside had turned almost black from once being white, and the sheets were yellowish and smelled unclean. We had stayed here before eight years ago when it was new and fine, but maintenance had clearly been neglected. We tried to get a refund but the staff were unreasonable, so we booked another hotel and left early.
