“SURPRENANT”

My stay with my mom was fabulous. The hotel really pleased us. The room was spacious and its painted ceiling with a fresco made us dream. Breakfast was simple but had something for every taste. The staff were welcoming and spoke several languages. The hotel itself is in a quiet area not far from the center, making it easy to stroll around the city. I recommend it strongly. The only small drawback was the view of the machinery; otherwise everything was top.

The room was spacious and comfy, we checked in late and were guided smoothly with no issues, staff were attentive and friendly, and the location is spot‑on. But we struggled to locate the breakfast lounge and would have liked a sign inside the building.

Excellent location, spotless and the staff are very kind. The room is comfortable and breakfast is good, both sweet and savory. The bathroom feels a bit old‑fashioned, and it would help to have washable duvet covers instead of just a bedspread, which, while more elegant, likely won't be laundered with each guest change. We took it off the bed right away!

“I will not be staying at this place again”

The reception and breakfast area lived up to what the website promised. I booked a single room, but it was far from what was advertised: the room was tiny, I could reach the ceiling with my hand, the single bed was very narrow and there was no space for a bedside table. The furnishings were poor. To reach my room I had to take the main lift down to the ground floor, walk across a courtyard, take another lift, and then descend two flights of stairs to arrive at my cramped room.
