A private balcony and patio overlook the lake, garden and mountains. The Three‑Bedroom House sleeps six with three standard beds, two extra beds and a crib, and includes a seating area and a dining table. Two private bathrooms each offer a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, free toiletries, towels, slippers and a hairdryer. A kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine provides heating, and a flat‑screen TV, books, DVDs, board games and free Wi‑Fi cover entertainment.

“Somewhat disappointed”
Welcome pack contained Aldi shortbread which was 5 months out of date and milk was a day past its use by date. Standard of cleaning is very poor. On the positive side it is a lovely house
At the time of booking the request for an extra bed in order to sleep 7 people was accepted. On arrival no such bed had been provided. Many attempts were made to contact then property to sort this however there was no response. One of our party therefore had to sleep without bedding on a hard leather sofa. The cleanliness of the apartment was also not great
“Lairds Birthday Weekend”
The lodge is open‑plan and family friendly, but it’s hard to spot in the dark; a sign saying “Name.of Lodge” at the top of the stairs or a brief note like “first group of houses on left as you enter the village” would have helped.

Property was well presented, lovely touches like hairdryers and straighteners were perfect for a group of girls. Kitchen was well stocked and they even had a disco light. My only comments- They need more than 4 mugs for tea, there was not enough toilet roll and no supply when we ran out, the rolls were all half full at the beginning of our stay. Under the sofas need hovering/sweeping too
