The new building is functional and clean. It's close to Ghedi's center. The lady was very kind and helpful. Nothing else.

Overall a place worth recommending as a quick stop while exploring the area, especially near Lake Garda. Unfortunately I can't forget the strong odor—probably from nearby livestock—that was unbearable. It ruined the day of departure and made using outdoor amenities like tables impossible due to the stench of manure. I understand the host has no control over this, but I mention it because it really bothered me.
