The location was quiet, the air‑conditioning worked well, the bathroom was spacious, the bed comfortable, the view from the window pleasant, and the lift operated silently. However, it was the first time I worried about items that other hotels delivered on a tray; communication was difficult, messages went unanswered or were replied to without basic greetings like “Dzień dobry”. The offer seemed aimed mainly at German tourists, since the phone number was given without a country code and with a leading zero, leaving me unsure whether to keep the zero and add a prefix. All information inside the property was only in German. I didn’t receive any check‑in details until four hours before arrival, and a wall notice listed possible extra charges but gave no clear guidance on where to leave the keys.

“Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu Fuß.”

The place covers all my needs and has a unique vibe; the room comes with a fridge and a coffee maker. I wish there were someone to help with tech issues, and parking isn’t great – hourly rates can add up and parking is tight during events.
