The owner is extremely kind. The area gets a bit dark at night, and given the other temperatures, an air conditioner would be useful.

I was hoping breakfast would be included, but it wasn’t at all; I only got coffee even though I went into the kitchen three times, and on the third visit I saw they were cleaning up. I really needed breakfast so I wouldn’t have to wander around looking for food.

The location is quiet, and the hosts are very, very friendly and welcoming, almost like family. The downside is that the private bathroom is located in the landlord’s apartment across the hallway, which is inconvenient after a shower or at night. The room lacks an air‑conditioner, only a stand fan, which doesn’t help at 40 °C—a typical issue in an old house. Breakfast is Italian and is prepared in the hosts’ kitchen.
