“Its OK”
The staff were fantastic—always ready to help and make adjustments. The only downside was the location: it sits in an industrial zone with a lot of trucks, constant noise, pollution, and congestion day and night, and the area is very dusty.

Firstly, we were told that our booking wasn't available and were redirected to another hotel, which was frustrating. When we arrived at our new room, we were disappointed to find that it hadn't been cleaned, so we had to ask for it to be mopped. We also had to clean the writing desk, wardrobe, and fridge ourselves, which was unacceptable.
