“Price is good but hotel rooms are smelling bad becuase of humdity.”
Only the location is good. There’s a bed smell in the rooms caused by humidity inside; some rooms had water on the ceiling.

Cleanliness and service are good, but any person speaking in the corridors can be heard because the insulation is poor.

The place is simple, but the outdoor AC units, especially those at the back of the hotel, are annoying and sometimes disturb the children in the corridors. There’s also a drainage issue on the bathroom floor near the French chair in rooms whose bathrooms are separate from the shower, a problem I mentioned in a previous review. A solution would be to put a rubber pad between the AC unit and its base; I hope that idea gets implemented.

Mr Islam was very professional and supportive, and the front office service was great. The AC was noisy.

The location is excellent, close to the roundabout, the corniche, and main landmarks, and they offer a half‑night extension if you want to stay longer. The scent of air fresheners is a drawback.
