The price‑to‑value ratio is the best, and the staff outshine even higher‑star hotels. The restaurant kitchen was slow.

The hotel is ideal for solo travelers heading to the ADO bus station, which sits right across the street. Many buses come late at night, the area is lit, and the reception stays open 24/7. The staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome; Adrian was especially kind and checked in on me during a city‑wide power outage. I wish I’d written down everyone’s names to thank them all—each one was wonderful! I’d definitely come back. If you’re sensitive to noise, bring earplugs; the heart of the city is convenient but loud.
