Top staff, we stayed 4 days instead of 3, great tips for visits and organising the trek to Mount Batu and the hot springs were excellent.

The staff’s availability is good. The hotel is far from restaurants at night, I would have liked less international cuisine and a couple of dishes like nasi goreng.

We had the patio all to ourselves with a pool, kitchen, a small loft – very friendly when we arrived. A huge problem with flies, still under expansion works, cleanliness and loft hygiene were very basic.
