The room and its location were great, but it was tough that the staff didn't speak English - made communication really hard.

Finally found a good hotel in Haicheng - it's recently renovated and feels really modern and comfy. Only thing that's missing is someone at the front desk who speaks some English, and maybe a few more Western-style breakfast options.
