A spacious room, a good shower, plenty of tea and coffee, and the bed—one of the largest and most comfortable I've ever slept in—made the stay great, and the staff were consistently friendly. Nothing negative to mention.

The location was good. Breakfast was very busy, and they ran out of items and crockery.

Ideal for our trip to Abba Voyage, within walking distance of the venue and Stratford train station for trips into London.

The friendliness was good. The room was spacious, there were two elevators, and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was crowded, and there were no meats or cheeses on the bread.
