The staff are polite, but service is thin and more people are needed. We weren’t told the pool was under renovation, and on Sunday there was no water and no notice. I even went to reception and no one was there to explain the water outage.

We left after the first night. The host was unfriendly at the welcome, didn’t give us wifi details, and the hotel didn’t offer beach towels—only a price list for taking a hotel towel outside. The room door didn’t shut properly, which mattered because we were right by the water. When we returned in the evening, an intermediate door to our room was locked. The restaurant staff didn’t know the code, so we had to climb through a window to reach our room. The host promised to bring coffee in the morning but never did. Overall the property was in bad shape: water dripped in the shower, shower products were empty, and everything felt overpriced.
