We were thrilled with the hotel! They gave us a transfer from the airport, which was perfect since we arrived at night, and the car was high‑class and very comfortable. The room had everything a traveler could need: a beach bag and slippers, soft robes and room slippers, an iron with board, umbrella, capsule coffee machine, kettle, and more. The bathroom stocked shampoo, soap, gel, conditioner, cream, and plenty of useful items. Our room was a villa overlooking the sea. After that, I couldn’t think of anywhere else I’d want to go 😁. The villa guests have a separate breakfast restaurant, and we also tried the main restaurant with the aquarium, though we only went once. Bob Chen was extremely helpful and gave us great tips – thanks a ton 🙏. To meet him you just walk into the villa’s lobby; we found out about him on the first day. The only thing we learned at the very last moment was that the jacuzzi in our room was working; we just had to tell staff we wanted to use it. Next time we’ll know. All in all, I recommend it 👍. The only downside was that the beach could use more loungers.
