When I checked in, the staff asked me to pay more than the booking amount, then called me to pay the full amount in advance.

The only good thing was the location; the property was very old and dirty, with stains on pillows and the bed, a filthy washroom, no TV, and when I asked about the TV, the staff said it didn't work and did nothing to fix it—horrible experience.
