The hotel is beautiful, super clean, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is big, and breakfast is really tasty; the owner Timur is a huge bonus—kind, helpful, and a pleasure to meet—so 10 points underrates it; it deserves 100🤩😍, and everything was perfect.

The architecture is impressive, I had two windows for an airy feel, the property is tastefully designed, and I enjoyed the enclosed large outdoor area with tables and chairs; every property in the area transmits sound because of its old structure.

We spent three days here and couldn’t be happier. From the start, the owner, Timur, was incredibly attentive whenever we entered or left the hotel, making sure we had all the useful information for our trip. Because we had a rental car, the location, away from the noise of Göreme, was perfect, keeping us out of the tourist crowds while still letting us get close to local life. The rooms were spectacular, and since there was availability, Timur kindly offered us an upgrade, letting us choose the room we liked most. He was always on hand for any need we had. Breakfast was another highlight: plentiful, varied, and delicious. After our daily walks, we asked for dinner recommendations, and Timur suggested the "Capadocia Restaurant" in Ürgüp square. The local food there far exceeded our expectations; for us it rivaled the best restaurant we’ve ever seen in all the countries we’ve visited. The eggplant and lamb stew still makes our mouths water. We might have forgotten other things to praise, but it was definitely a 10‑star stay—highly recommended! The only downside was not being able to stay longer.

The place was wonderful, right in the downtown area, with perfect breakfast—Timur from reception even made us omelettes, which was amazing. He always paid attention to every detail, booked tours for us at great prices, and the tours themselves were very good. I highly recommend this place.
