The host was friendly, and it’s close enough for everyday shopping. The place offers the basics for sleeping—even though the bed— and showering. It’s very far from the beaches, and the mattress and bed collapsed right in the middle.

“I request the refund of the total amount due I did not stay there”

I’m not cancelling; this is a complaint about deceptive advertising and breach of contract under Article 61 of Spain’s Real Decreto 1/2007. The place listed as “Private Room Service – Grupo RH Santander” at C/ Sargentos Provisionales 2, billed as GRUPO RH SANTANDER SL B72766322, doesn’t match the Booking photos and is being used as a pay‑per‑hour dating spot without that being disclosed. I refuse the cancellation policy because the service was not what was promised. I demand a full refund for the non‑conforming service, and I won’t let the case be marked as a cancellation. Please forward this to the Quality/Security team and give me an official claim number. If I don’t receive a full refund within 48 hours, I’ll file a complaint against GRUPO RH SANTANDER SL and http:// España S.L.U. with OMIC Santander, Consumo de Cantabria, and I’ll request a chargeback. “Limpio pequeño, no es para un buen descanso”

Cleanliness was fine, but the mattress was tiny, low quality, and had a hole in the middle, so we couldn’t rest well and it should be replaced.
