“Bardzo słabo niestety 🙁”

The front desk and restaurant staff are decent, and the location is fine. However, for the price, the floors in the bathroom and room are dirty—stains on the tiles and hair on the floor make it look shabby. The minibar and internet are even worse: the fridge is empty, and there’s no water in the room. You can walk down the hallway to get water, but the water dispenser was missing the packages you could order for the minibar—paying for four items but only two are usable. Paid Wi‑Fi is also a let‑down; it’s not about the cost but the fact that it’s not free. We’ve stayed twice already and know we won’t return because other places in Spota treat customers much better.

hotel położony 1,7 km od molo, przy samej plazy i promenadzie biegnącej wzdłuż plaży, śniadania w porzadku, polecam brać dania z menu śniadaniowego - obsługa o tym nie wspomina ani nie pyta, czystość w hotelu wzorcowa, strefa basenowa bardzo fajna, dwie strefy saun - tekstylna i nude, 2 duże baseny, 2 brodziki dla dzieci, 2 jakuzzi i dodatkowo dwa na dworze, basen na dachu - przepiękne doświadczenie, można się opalać nawet w październiku, ciepła woda, ręczniki na basenie do użytku dla gości, w pokojach szlafroki. ogólnie obsługa zwłaszcza podczas śniadania, brak informowania że dostępne jest menu śniadaniowe, brak reakcji że ekspresy do kawy nie działają. nieaktualne informacje w windach - napisane że jakuzzi na dworze nieczynne co nie było prawdą, oraz że jedna z saun nieczynna co również nie było prawdą

The location is excellent, right on the first line of the sea frontage, surrounded by old trees. From the balcony you get a beautiful sea view. Breakfast is a Swedish‑style buffet and very good, with no issues for vegetarians. The rooms are small, the mattress isn’t comfortable, and the bed is too high.

The rooftop pool is nice and the breakfast is tasty. The staff seemed a bit tired this time; last time in February they were cheerful, offering drinks and food, making us want to stay in the lobby or restaurant, and we felt well cared for and would return. This time that wasn’t the case.

We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel staff were super friendly and always helped with our questions and requests. The location was dreamy—quiet, and we felt right at home immediately. The rooftop pool and indoor pool were definitely highlights. I also want to praise the breakfast: as a vegan, having a balanced vegan selection was essential, and the buffet offered several vegan options plus a separate vegan menu that could be ordered without extra charge. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared. The staff also noticed that someone in our group needed gluten‑free bread; after we had ordered it for several days, they brought it to our table without us asking when we sat down for breakfast.
