“A rather disappointing experience:(”

The reception area was unwelcoming and dirty even after noon. The pool water was green, and the property looked run‑down, clearly not deserving its four‑star AA rating. I couldn’t stay there under those conditions, even though I had paid in full.

The location was excellent. The room was refreshed daily, with fresh towels and coffee, even a little rusk for breakfast. The grounds were tidy and clean. I spent most days outside and barely interacted with staff. The room key had a remote to let you in and out of the gate, very convenient. A guard seemed on duty 24/7, so I felt safe. The layout of the property is great. I had told the hotel in advance that I would arrive at 9 pm. The lights were off, the manager was asleep, I rang the bell and woke him, and he was getting dressed while opening for me… very odd. The furniture in the room is worn. I spilled face cream on the floor, and when I wiped it, the tissue was pitch black. The shower doors need fixing, and the room needs a deep clean, new furniture, new pillows, new linen, and a new bed… otherwise, great potential.

“A true home away from home: clean, fresh & very accommodating for non-pork eaters.”

Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate non‑pork eaters by offering suitable alternatives, which really made us feel welcome. The only drawback was that the WiFi signal could be a bit weak at times; traveling with teenagers who need constant connectivity made that issue more noticeable than it was for adults, but it didn’t detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

“It was a Wonderful & comfortable stay.”

The room was spotless, the breakfast was great, the atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were willing to accommodate our very late arrival, earning a 9/10.
