The hot spring swimming pool, good breakfast, helpful front desk and restaurant staff, and table tennis in the lobby were positives, but the property feels a bit tired and needs some TLC and a repaint.

The resort had some good points, but unfortunately, the food was a disaster - brut and menjar desastros.

The location near Tomohon is great, and I loved the open foyer and friendly staff. However, my room was a nightmare - the air conditioner wasn't working right, so it was scorching hot, and the noise from the hallway and outside was relentless. Staff were moving stuff around all night, and then some poor baby started crying at 3am, making it impossible to sleep.

I enjoyed the view of the rice field and the quiet surroundings, plus the breakfast was ok and the pool had warm water. But, I had some issues - the bathroom and towels could have been cleaner, and there were ants in two of the rooms I booked. Also, people were being really loud in the corridor, even yelling, at 6am and after 10pm.
