“想要變更日期 發了訊息郵件都不回應”
I tried to change my dates, sent a message, but didn't get any response. Was pretty frustrating.
The staff here are super friendly and professional - always ready to help with a smile. The place is really clean and well looked after, which made my stay a lot more enjoyable.
