The property was great, quiet and clean. A bit of a walk to the historic centre, about 35‑40 minutes. We managed it fine every day. Pillows were a bit lumpy, but otherwise the property was great.

The courtyard has a lovely garden, and the room was spacious with a very comfortable bathroom; after checkout, storing luggage was easy. The only issue was a tiny ant, but it wasn’t a big problem.

1 Woche Konferenz, die Unterkunft hat es uns auch ermöglicht sich zu erholen. Der Name der Vermieter „Aiuto = Hilfe“ ist Programm !! Der kleine grüne Innenhof - eine kleine Oase ! Vom Zimmer ist man fußlaüfig rasch am Bahnhof Rom Termini, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und wichtigen touristischen Zielen. Die Betten und Bad sehr gut, in der Küche alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Alles war gut !

The spot wasn’t bad, about a 30‑minute walk to everywhere, and the room was spotless; I liked the outdoor garden area. New towels come only on request, and each time I got just one big one even though we were two. I asked for an iron, they said they had one, but I didn’t receive it until the last day. I never met the owners, but they were friendly and quick to reply via messages.
