The location is close to the city center and activity hubs, and the breakfast is good. However, the bed isn’t very comfortable, the room seemed unfinished after a remodel, the bathroom isn’t well insulated because the wall doesn’t reach the ceiling, and you can hear noise and conversations from outside, giving a sense of low privacy.

La ubicación es óptima y dentro del espacio está 7 caldos, un restaurante de comida tradicional muy bueno. 1. Nos cobraron un 10% por pagar con un link de pago porque no aceptan tarjetas. 2. El hotel estaba semiconstruido; una habitación quedaba en una zona en obra gris. 3. Las paredes son de drywall y se escucha todo lo del vecino. Desafortunadamente, me tocaron personas muy ruidosas. 4. El desayuno, aunque muy rico y casero, se demoró más tiempo de lo ofrecido por el mismo hotel y todo porque la cocinera, quien es un amor de mujer y muy atenta, se había retrasado porque había salido más tarde la noche anterior. 5. El servicio al cliente puede mejorar. 6. La calidad-precio no es equivalente

The hotel’s location was the only positive thing. The cleaning was poor, the single bed had broken springs and only served as a place for personal items. It felt like a prison room: windows with drafts, broken lights, no place to hang clothes, no hot water, and a broken bathroom drain. The photos didn’t match the actual condition. We reported everything to staff, who were already aware but never fixed the issues. They offered to let us find another hotel, but that was impossible during Holy Week because everything was booked. Plus, we didn’t pay a cheap price for the room.
