The hotel is excellently located, within walking distance of everything. They only give one key card per room, so if you’re on room 2 and don’t stay together all the time, it can be a hassle. The breakfast is described as amazing in reviews, but I found it quite weak. Overall I would rate it below average.

The breakfast area at the restaurant was too small, and we had to wait for people to stand up to make room for us.

We were very satisfied with our stay! Everything was top‑level: cleanliness, comfort, and excellent guest care. Special thanks to reception staff Dulat for his friendliness, attentiveness, and help, and to Saïra and the entire 5th‑floor team for their cleanliness, care, and great service. The breakfasts were especially tasty! 😊 Thanks to you, our holiday was comfortable and left only pleasant memories. We’ll recommend this hotel to others and gladly come back again! ❤️ Thank you for your hospitality! Wishing the hotel continued success, prosperity, and many more grateful guests! The only minor issue was the bathroom feeling a bit cramped.
