“Overall stay was good”

The rooms were good and clean, but parking wasn’t available and the food quality needs improvement.

The staff were outstanding and always attentive, but the rooms weren’t really clean – we found two cockroaches in our room, which might be normal in a tropical climate but still worth noting. The airport‑to‑hotel transfer was supposed to be free, yet the driver charged us for both arrival and departure.

“Narendra”

The staff were good and humble, and the rooms were spacious. Proper maintenance and trained staff are needed; the bedsheets and towels were low quality. I was disappointed to see the staff cleaning plates and crockery with a dirty curtain and tablecloths at breakfast, which made me feel uneasy about eating there.

“Dirty and overpriced.”

Supindra at reception was very helpful. The cleanliness was lacking; the staff seemed unaware of what “clean” means, and only the bare minimum was performed.

The breakfast is good and the staff are helpful and attentive. Internet in the rooms doesn’t work well; you have to go to reception to get reliable access.
