The man at the front desk was friendly. The sheets weren’t clean – they were washed but still had black spots. The towels weren’t very clean either. Everything felt dated, we didn’t feel comfortable and wanted to leave as soon as possible.

“The accommodations and location were very good; clean, close to the interstate, no traffic noise.”

The bathroom, sink area, room and furnishings were all solid for a basic hotel, and the wood‑pattern laminate floor was spotless; the hotel is non‑smoking with no odor at all. Breakfast fell short of expectations, offering only a few pastries that looked like grocery store packets, though the coffee selection was good.

The place is in a great spot and the staff are friendly, but the pool was chilly, the hot tub was neither hot nor functional, and the sauna was broken – otherwise it was fine.

“breakfast not as advertised, staff didnt know how to run the breakfast room,coffee could not be used”

The breakfast didn’t match the ads, the auto coffee maker was broken, there was no sugar for the pre‑made coffee, no pastries, napkins, or fresh coffee when I arrived, and I had to request more; the hot water machine didn’t work for oatmeal, tea, or other items needing hot water, and everything felt very disorganized. The single‑cup coffee packets in the room were poorly sealed—opening them caused coffee to spill onto the floor and counter.
