Everything was perfect, nice and modern! The service was exceptional. All the receptionists and staff were very kind, especially Geraldine who took care of us—10 points! It’s great to have such a helpful team. We’ll definitely come back. Note that spa facilities are extra and last one hour. The pool isn’t included in the room price 😊

Super petit déjeuner. Espace spa très bien avant l'arrivée de personnes qui parlent fort et d'enfants qui hurlent. Bruits du spa et accueil en espagnol. Aucun effort pour parler français ou anglais. Dommage

The staff were close to us. Spa buffet. The rooms lack acoustic isolation and there’s no balcony.

The spa pool was nice. The restaurant was closed.

Comfortable and clean. You have to book everything: spa (max 1h for 15€), breakfast and dinner (there’s no meal service). They don’t offer half‑board, only breakfast; and since there’s only one bar next door, which is the hotel’s own, even if it’s not expensive you’re forced to pay because there’s nothing within 30 min around.
